The Beautiful Game # 5: Soccer Wives & Girlfriends

I recently posted photos of some of the 2010 World Cup soccer players who are considered hunks.   Well, you can imagine that many of them have partners.  What?  You didn’t expect the men to be without a better half for long, did you?   Beside every soccer stud is a soccer wife or girlfriend.  From what I’ve seen, most of the women seem to be models or actors.   I suppose these are the types of women that attract these footballers.  If there are any soccer hunks interested in a foxy author.  You can drop me a note here.

In the meantime, here are a few photos of some of the soccer wives and girlfriends.  These glamourous-looking women look like they should star in a T.V. show of their own, like the Housewives reality shows — a Soccer Wives reality show.  Yup, I can definitely see it.

Oh, the photos are from sportsillustrated.cnn.com

The Beautiful Game #4: Another Soccer Stud

Diego Forlán plays soccer position of a striker

I just discovered another soccer hunk after watching Friday’s game.  I had to add him to the soccer hottie list here.   ;-)

Diego Forlán is from Uruguay (playing for Uruguay during the World Cup).  Outside of the World Cup games, he plays for Spain.  He’s got long tresses, sculptured-like facial features and washboard abs.  When he scores a goal, he likes to take off his jersey.  The  women like when he does that.   ;-)

I can see Diego on the cover of a romance novel.  Watch out Fabio.

This is one of my all-time favorite historical romances.  Has anyone read it?

The Beautiful Game #3: Soccer Hottie Wanted

Yes, the 2010 World Cup continues and I’m still following the games.  So far, many teams have been eliminated (including the U.S., France and Italy).  In the meantime, there are a lot of hot footballer sightings on the field.  I’m wondering where I can find a soccer stud of my very own.  Hmmm…  Applicants may apply here.

Here are a few of the world’s most talented soccer players, who happen to be considered hot, as well.
